1 : BANGKOK - KANCHANABURI |
06:30 hrs : Pick up from major hotels in Bangkok.
07:30 hrs : Depart Bangkok for Kanchanaburi .
10:00 hrs : Arrive Kanchanaburi, visit to JEATH Museum (World War II Museum) , an open air museum constructed in the form of actual prisoners of war (POW) camp. ; visit War Cemetary , the cemetary of the remains over 6,000 prisoners of war who lost their lives during the construction of the ‘Death Railway’ . Continue to visit the world’s famous Bridge on the River Kwai. As depicted in the movie and a part of the ‘Death Railway’ . The historical black iron was the target of allied bombing during 1945.
12:00 hrs : Take a train ride along part of the ‘Death Railway’ to Nam-Tok Station, the last existing train station of the Thailand-Burma railway in Thailand , passing the dangerous looking wooden viaduct built along the mountain.
13:00 hrs : Arrive Nam-Tok station . Transfer to River Kwai Village hotel.
13:30 hrs : Check in at hotel . Thai lunch at Jungle View Restaurant.
15:00 hrs : Take a short long-tailed speedboat trip upstream the River Kwai Noi. Climb up to Kaeng Lawa Cave for an interesting visit of the fantastic stone formations.
16:30 hrs : Transfer back to hotel by boat.
19:00 hrs : European dinner at hotel . Accommodation at River Kwai Village, Raft room (L,D)

2 : KANCHANABURI - BANGKOK |
07:30 hrs : Breakfast at hotel.
08:30 hrs : Hellfire Pass Memorial and Elephant Tour. Depart the hotel to visit Hellfire Pass Memorial and a cutting mountain for a railway track which was done by hands of the Allied prisoners.
10:30 hrs : Continue to the elephant camp, by bamboo rafting along the rushing stream of River Kwai Noi. Arrive the elephant camp for an exciting elephant back riding through the jungle. Picnic lunch will be provided.
13:45 hrs : Depart elephant camp for hotel.
14:30 hrs : Depart the hotel for Bangkok.
19:00 hrs : Arrive Bangkok. Transfer to hotel. (B,L)
